We are a custom home builder specializing in both cost-plus and hard bid projects for homes in and around Park City, Utah. We also provide back-office support services to other smaller to medium size builders in and around Summit County, UT. ​
We are currently biding out projects on a cost-plus basis at around $400-500 a SF please email your drawings to info@parkcitybuildersclub.com for a free cost-plus estimate.
